Most orders placed during business hours Monday through Friday are packed and shipped the same or next business day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will usually ship the next business day. They will be delivered with the courier service you select at checkout. We do not charge a handling fee and you will only be charged the calculated shipping rate it takes to ship your item(s) to you.
Orders typically ship out the same or next business day. eFunStar offers Free Shipping from the USA on orders over $25. Delivery time may vary depending on your location. In most cases, your order will be shipped out the same day it is received when ordering before 12 PM Mountain Standard Time.
The delivery time to your location will vary depending on which courier method you select in checkout.
We offer the following options for orders shipped within the U.S.
- USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 Business Days*
- USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days*
- UPS Ground 2-5 Business Days*
- UPS Next Day Air Overnight by 3 PM*
A tracking number will be sent to you via email immediately upon preparing your shipment so that you can follow your package while in transit. If you do not receive the tracking number within one business day, please contact us so that we can get it re-sent to you.
*Delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping carriers (USPS and UPS) and are not guaranteed by eFunStar. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are determined solely by the carrier.
Please note: We will ship within 24 hours on business days, however we do not have control over delivery times after it has been shipped from our location. If a claim is needed to be filed for delivery issues, it needs to be filed directly with the courier.
