The majority of items may be returned within 30 days for a refund for any reason, including changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product. We offer free returns to make the process simple and hassle-free. 

New (Factory Sealed) Video Games

  • Opened items are not eligible for return.

Used Video Games

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for any reason.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all included components (case, cover art, manuals, etc.).

Accessories & Consoles (Including New Items)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for any reason, even if opened.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received with all included components.
  • No deduction will be applied for opened accessories or consoles.

  • Unless the item is defective, returned item(s) must include the original packaging and all components (case, cover art, manuals, cables, etc.).

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We primarily offer refunds for returned items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us so we can provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. You may ship the item back to the address below. Please include a note with your invoice number or email address, along with whether you are requesting a refund or exchange, so we can locate your order.

For defective items, we understand packaging may not be reusable after opening, and this will not be required.
